"Raven on White Pine"
Originally a commissioned piece which sparked my interest and newfound love for ravens. They are known as extremely intelligent birds who collect shiny trinkets and have the ability to barter between their species. Ravens can symbolize the connection between the material and spiritual world—which at the time seemed fitting because during the duration of drawing this piece, I had seen a raven almost everyday.
Bringing it back home to Idaho, I had him resting on a white pine branch, the state’s tree, which grow prolifically among the mountains where I live.
“Raven on White Pine” print is available in limited edition quantities of 25. Each is signed and measures 9”x12” on archival paper. Comes framed in your choice of either 11”x14” black with 1” black mat border, or non-matted in a live-edge frame by my talented friend, Bill. Final sizes vary based on wood selection, please make a note at checkout of your preference.
